Materials for masonry stove:
- Brick ordinary (red) - 210 pieces;
- Refractory bricks - 76 units;
- Clay solution - 8 buckets;
- Refractory clay with chamotte - 25 kg;
- Sand - 3.5 buckets;
- Grate - 252 x 250 mm;
- Fire door - 250 x 205 mm;
- The clean and ash-pit door - 130 x 140 mm;
- Two smoke valve - 130 x 130 mm;
- Predtopochny sheet 500 x 700 mm, 2 m of roofing felt or roofing material for waterproofing.
Refractory brick can be replaced by an ordinary brick-selective, but its service life will be much less than that of the refractory. The clutch should be carried out with careful ligation joints in strict accordance with the poryadovkami.
Laying sequence is as follows:
1st row is placed strictly on the gon, in the middle of laying suit ash pan size 250 x 250 mm, with stesyvaniem brick masonry on the left side, that is, from the front of the oven for easy ash removal.
2nd row. It set the ash-pit door, building on the first series and fix it.
Third row is similar to the previous one with a changed pattern of masonry joints for ligation.
4th row. Ash-pit door is blocked, the ash pan is reduced in size (20 mm shorter than the length and width of the grate) so that he laid on the grate do not fall down.
5th row. First grate placed slits along the furnace, and then lead the clutch so that the bricks on the 10 mm did not get to grate on all sides. This clearance is necessary to avoid disturbances due to the expansion of masonry heated metal lattice.
Brick by fire door abate the cone to provide rolling fuel grate.
6th row. Begins laying out the firebox, set fire door, building on the 5th row. Brick from the back of the firebox abate.
7-8th rows are placed with compulsory ligation sutures.
9-11th rows. Masonry is overlapping fire door.
12th row is laid out so as to narrow the firebox, this clutch is made of trehchetvertok.
Channel after the masonry is in the form of the letter "T".
13-14-th rows of the firebox to cover two rows of masonry. On the back of the firebox is a channel size of a brick.
15th row. First of all, the front of the suit cleaned, based on its previous series. Cleaning the pipe is placed against the channel.
On the cut shows that cleansing against formed as a box in which to clean the pipes will be collected soot.
16-17-th rows of simple in masonry and similar to one another, and in the 17th row spans door cleaning.
18th-20th rows similar to one another, carried out with the obligatory ligation sutures. Horizontal space is divided into two parts, the left side is left channel (hole) 130 x 260 mm.
21-th row. Masonry is so that the channel was slightly above the pipe already, for it lay trehchetvertku and it narrows the channel from one side to half a brick. This is necessary in order to keep the brick, overlapping half of the channel.
22th row. First is laying overlapping half channel on the left side, and on the other half put the channel bolt.
23rd row put the formation of the valve channel 130 x 130 mm.
24-27-th series. On the left side of the furnace channel expanded to 130 x 260 mm to the right, starting from the 18th row, the channel remains the same size of 260 x 260 mm.
28th series is similar to the 21 th row, only the channel on the right side is reduced to 260 x 130 mm.
29th row covers stove top, and it became the second catch.
30-31-th series in two layers cover the stove top, in accordance with the rules of fire safety.
32-th row. Laying the foundation of the four brick pipe channel 130 x 130 mm. If the stove is placed in a room height of 2.7 m, the distance between the 19th and 20th rows should put additional three rows of masonry at accurate ligation sutures. Adding the oven, begin laying pipe by strictly adhering bandage seams and requirements for fire safety.
